Dentro do departamento Juridico, irá atuar na análise de contratos
PRINCIPAIS DESAFIOS DA POSIÇÃO:
- Atendimento Client Service em questionamentos sobre práticas contratuais
- Análise de solicitações de alterações contratuais
- Análise de documentos e políticas de internas e de clientes
- Alterar e elaborar documentos como contratos e aditivos comerciais
- Arquivo de documentos
O QUE BUSCAMOS?
- Formação em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Relações Internacionais, e afins
- Inglês avançado (principalmente leitura e escrita)
- Boa capacidade analítica em especial documentos e contratos
- Boa comunicação e capacidade de elaboração (escrita), síntese, elaboração de documentos e cláusulas contratuais e documentos formais
- Aprendizagem fácil (para políticas Nielsen, práticas e serviços, redações de documentos e contratos)
- Perfil flexível
- Boa relação interpessoal (para relacionamento com o time comercial , finanças , operações afins)
- Noção de urgência, bom gerenciamento de tempo.
- Afinidade com a área (elaboração de documentações, suporte ao time comercial, organização documentos).
