About Us: At our law firm, Baker McKenzie, we’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Marketing Senior Executive to join our team in the vibrant LATAM region. This position is not just about strategy; it’s about cultivating relationships, collaborating with Partners, and embracing operational challenges while staying receptive to innovative ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business development, client development, and marketing support for two Regional Practice Groups in close collaboration with Regional Practice Group Leaders and Steering Committees. Develop and execute the regional strategy in the LATAM region, driving growth and success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, Sales, or related fields.
- Location: based in Brazil.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years in marketing and/or business development, particularly within professional services, working with different business units.
- Expertise: Knowledge or experience in business development initiatives for Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, and International Commercial and Trade services is desirable.
- Flexibility: Ability to switch between strategic planning and hands-on operational tasks as projects require.
- Relationships: Proven experience working with stakeholders and cultivating valuable relationships.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Prioritization: Effective coordination of competing priorities with strong judgment.
- Marketing: Advanced understanding of marketing and communications.
- Independence: Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Cultural Adaptability: Comfortable collaborating across diverse cultures and time zones within a matrix organization.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a pleasant nature, and a knack for collaboration.
- Attention to Detail: A high degree of attention to detail.
